All appointments require a valid credit card on file before scheduling.
All services booked with Dr. Khan will require a deposit of $50. This deposit will go toward your service.
We require at least a 24-hour appointment cancellation notice.
First time – We understand life gets busy and emergencies come up. Just make sure you give us a call as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment.
Second time – we will impose a $25 cancellation fee.
Pristine Med Spa will impose a $25 fee.
Late arrivals after 15 minutes will be rescheduled.
For the safety of your children, we do not allow children in the spa.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
